Lavender House

by Lev A.C. Rosen

Police Detective Andy Mills believes his life is over after being caught in the raid of a gay bar.  In 1950s San Francisco, this was reason enough for him to be fired, publicly shamed, and targeted for attacks in the street.  When he is approached by a woman who wants to hire him as a personal detective, Andy is brought into the world of the Lavender House, an estate where residents and staff are free to be themselves without the bigotry of the outside world.  However, after the suspicious death of the wealthy soap magnate, Andy learns that all is not as tranquil as the family would like to believe.
