The Paleontologist

by Luke Dumas

The Paleontologist is about a curator of paleontology named Simon Nealy that has a lot of trauma to work through and desperately needs professional help. But it’s easier to focus on dino bones and COVID despite how much he complains about all his woes and how his problems are leaving him lonely and broken….I REALLY struggled with getting through this book, you get a lot of facts thrown at you, a lot of unrealistic things that are passed as normal, a lot of trauma he can’t cope with. The plot was different, creative, but it would get murky and lost at times. It reads Hollywood.
