The practice of meditation contributes to a more positive, healthy lifestyle. It is an invaluable tool helping people reduce stress, gain a deeper sense of fulfillment in life as well as foster greater physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Join Nirav Sheth long time meditator  for this engaging program. There will even be a chance to practice this simple technique. 

Brief Bio Nirav Sheth

Nirav is a Certified Life Coach specializing in mental fitness and life planning services to increase happiness and fulfillment in people’s lives. He is the Founder and President of Stratosphere, whose mission is to take individuals and businesses to new heights. Prior to that he has 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, primarily at Medtronic, one of the world’s largest medical device companies, including leadership roles in general management, marketing and program management. Nirav has a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.

Nirav has been conducting meditation classes at various locations in the Minnesota area as well as in different parts of the country for 10 years. He has been practicing meditation for over 15 years. He lives with his wife and two children in the Minneapolis area.

The Healing Power of Meditation   

We are living in times that are stressful, and meditation can be just the tool we need to help us cope with the challenges of everyday life.  Join Arlene Samsel who will discuss how meditation can improve our physical, mental, and spiritual health.  This evening you will have a chance to learn and practice a simple technique that can reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and promote inner growth.    There will be a short meditation sitting. 

Brief Bio Arlene Samsel

Arlene Samsel is uniquely qualified and experienced in meditation, public speaking, and the performing arts. She has been an elementary school teacher and has also performed publicly as a musician for many years.  In addition, Arlene was director of a camp where she taught children how to meditate. 

She has been meditating for 25 years and has given many meditation workshops and retreats which has enabled her to speak firsthand about the crucial role of meditation in enhancing the daily lives of busy people. Arlene and her husband have raised a family of 3 children and reside in New Brighton, Minnesota.

“Inner Peace Through Meditation”

Join Sangeeta Sinha long time meditator as she discusses the extraordinary effect of meditation.   She will also present a simple, yet powerful meditation technique that will be explained and practiced during the session. This can enrich one’s life on many levels and help with stress reduction. There will even be a chance to try this out. 

Sangeeta Sinha Biographical Summary

Sangeeta Sinha, strongly believes in incorporating meditation  into  one’s daily life to attain peace and joy.

She has been a teacher of computer science, math and information technology and has taught this to school and college students in India, Saudi Arabia and America.  Sangeeta has been working in the field of Information Technology for over 20 years.

She has been active in teaching children how to meditate, conducting meditation workshops both for the general public as well as for colleagues at work. Sangeeta holds an MBA and M.Ed., from Wright State University.  She has a daughter and son and plays sitar as a hobby.
