Dave Buck and his wife, Nora, have lived in South Florida for over 20 years. He is a Senior Manager of Product Development Engineering with a Fortune 500 company.

Dave has been meditating for over 45 years after spending two months with his teacher in India as a young man. He has found meditation to be an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the world.

Whether we are a student, still in the work-a-day world, or living an active retirement, stresses and strains are a common feature of everyday living. Meditation can help us relax and rise above the stress of life. Our problems do not disappear, but meditation helps to smooth out the rough patches.
